The 5 Stages of Awakening Practice for Ordinary People
Share
1. Going phase. That is, struggling in the world, for daily food, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar, for the love of children, and for the success of thousands of families, even if you reach the top of the sky one day, you will still feel confused and painful at this stage, and can't sleep all night.
2. Breakthrough. That is, with a thinking that breaks through cognition, you begin to doubt the previous rules and thinking, including things from ancient times to modern times, including the words of people around you and strangers, and even the truth and falsehood of the past and the future. Once you are no longer restricted by the previous cognition, you have touched the threshold of Tao.
3. Enlightenment. That is, with the perspective of God and the perspective of the third person, you can watch everything that happens in life with a cold eye, no longer be surprised or shocked by anything happening, no longer feel pain for anyone, don't think anything is impossible, no longer worship authority, no feelings of joy or sorrow in your heart, only your own heart.
4. Nirvana. That is, you have the awareness and ability to be reborn in Nirvana. Because you have realized the Tao, you have tasted the ups and downs of the world, and have walked many detours. You have cried and laughed, expected and been disappointed. So now you are as calm as water, and no longer have expectations for anyone or anything, including yourself. Now you only have the mind to follow the Tao. Because you follow the Tao, nothing is impossible, nothing is not good, and nothing is not good.
5. return to the original. That is, you have the great wisdom of being in harmony with the world. After being reborn in Nirvana in the purgatory of the world, you can follow the Tao, but it seems a little stiff, because your thoughts are too advanced and incompatible with the secular people (because most of the people around you are still in the first stage of purgatory at this time, so they are destined not to understand you, because they don’t have this vision, let alone see it), so you will change your attitude and start to integrate into the world as an ordinary person. No desire, because at this time you have understood that life is a practice.
